With two bedrooms, laundry and a full kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a short weekend away or an extended stay. Located just a few steps from the riverfront, you can enjoy a relaxing morning stroll along the boardwalk or a night out at the local restaurants with family and friends. The space A spacious two-bedroom, two-story loft with a gorgeous view of Guayaquil. All rooms are equipped with brand-new mattresses, blackout curtains, fresh sheets, and towels for you to use throughout your stay. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with stand-up showers and ample closet space for storage. Guest access Our kitchen has a full size oven, a four burner stove, full-size refrigerator and sink. You are welcome to prepare meals as you please as you will have serve wear, dinner wear and cook wear at your disposal. Our laundry has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. Please note that we do not have detergent available in the unit and you will need to bring your own. We ask that at the end of your stay all trash is gathered, bagged and thrown out at the designated trash chute which is just outside the apartment to your right. Extra trash bags will be found in the underneath the kitchen sink. This is our home which we have put a lot work into and hope you enjoy. Guests have full access to the apartment and building amenities. There are two bedrooms available for use throughout your stay. The bedrooms will be prepared according to the number of guests mentioned in the reservation. We expect you to respect our space as you would your own. If there are any extra guests that have not been accounted for in your original reservation, we will be notified and you will be charged for the additional guest. If there are any parties or gatherings held in the unit, Airbnb will be notified and your reservation will be cancelled immediately as there is a no tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. Other things to note Please note that due to the central location of the apartment, noise levels may vary throughout the day. There is a maximum number of 4 guests that can be accommodated in the apartment. If there is any inconsistency with the number of guest that stay in the apartment and the number on the reservation, guests are subject to additional guest fees or cancelation of reservation. Please note that a security camera is placed in the the public hallway entrance to the unit for security purposes.
