Perfect Placitas adobe country home

Set in beautiful Placitas a wonderful mix of country and city. Just minutes from I-25 with easy and fast access to Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Gorgeous national forest hiking trails right down the hill. My home is set in the historic village of Placitas on a tiny dirt road. You can see the stars at night and the location is very quiet. It's the best of both worlds, country roads, hiking trails and fast city access. Lovely restaurants and a wonderful local grocery store down the hill. The space The house has two bedrooms with great comfy mattresses, two full bathrooms, a front load w/d and three flat screen TV's. It should be noted while you see a staircase in the pics the upstairs is actually closed off. Everything is on the ground floor with only two small steps between the kitchen and the front entryway. The decor is country in feel with international folk art decor. Since the house is built of natural adobe the walls and feel of the house are truly old world. The house is set in the historic village of Placitas which was settled over 150 years ago. Thus it feels very European. The house has everything you need, even a wonderful vintage cast iron tub for relaxation. Coupled with modern conveniences such as a convection stove, front load washer and dryer, a Vivint security system and a great cooling system it has all the modern conveniences. Guest access You will have full access to the home expect the upstairs office area which is kept locked. So the stairs that are pictured are not actually used by the guests. There are two or even three full parking spaces.Easy driving in Placitas and wide open spaces. Other things to note I am open to long term rentals starting February 1st 2022. Pets are negotiable.
