Description

Enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature and all it has to offer outside the quaint town of Archer. Gainesville is a short 10 miles away as well as the of the small towns of Newberry and 10min drive to devils den spring in Williston. Wake up refreshed to the sounds of birds chirping, and wildlife visiting the property like wild turkey, deer, beautiful owls and much more. The space Welcome to our 2018 Forest River Wildwood 30 ft gently loved camper that is in overall good condition. For anyone not familiar with staying in an RV we want you to know the camper sleeps 4 people (for best comfortable stay it is great for two adults and two children). The bedroom is the most comfortable sleeping space in the RV. The bunk beds are suited for any person but we say it is best suited for children due to comfortability. You will have a full kitchen with three stove top burner along with an oven and microwave. You should have most utensils needed to cook just about any meal . There is a brand new coffee pot ready to brew your fresh pot of coffee and a toaster to make your morning toast. There is a large brand new refrigerator/freezer combo to keep all your groceries. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a comfy mattress topper for added comfort along with two small closets for hanging up your clothes. The bedroom can be separated by a closing door from the rest of the camper. You can enjoy watching TV in bed or on the couch in the main area that is connected to an antenna that gets 27 channels or you can sign into the smart TV and stream your favorite show with wifi. The bathroom area includes a tub/shower combo. There is a dining area for sitting down to enjoy your meals or to do work as needed. The dometic A/c unit (brand new AC unit replaced Aug 2023) includes furnace for heat) with a thermostat adjustment on the wall. There is a fan in the closet (extra storage space for your items) for indoor or outdoor use. The furnace, hot water, stove and oven run off propane which is provided. There is an outside refrigerator and sink for any special occasion to utilize as needed. There is plenty of parking surrounding the camper for anyone with larger vehicles. Laid out under the awning is a camping mat to help maintain a clean area during your stay. Our area is known for its many hiking trails and springs as well as sporting events (refer to my guidebooks). Guest access The camper is located on the backside of our property. It has a separate drive to it. My house is in close proximity of the camper should you need anything. Other things to note If you have never stayed in a camper we are happy to answer any questions you may have. All linens are sanitized for your health and safety. Camper living is different than staying in a house. Two main differences is bathroom (toilet and hot water) and A/C cooling. Bathroom etiquette- please throw as much toilet tissue in the TRASH can as possible. It takes ALOT of water to get ‘the flush’ into the holding tank (hold lever down for at least 15-20 sec). If you do not allow enough water with your flushes, the toilet tissue will get clogged in the pipes which will cause an odor and We will have to unclog. Please use the toilet paper that is provided and always stocked in the camper as it is made for RV’s. While the black tank is connected to the sewer, we do no let it continuously drain out, so We will drain the black tank for you if it becomes necessary. If frying we kindly ask that you use the splatter screen located under the sink and clean up all messes afterwards to prevent damaging and permanent stains. Our place is a pet friendly (well behaved and potty trained pets)and we do ask that you are make sure your pet is attended to at all times. Dogs that have excessive shedding are to be kept off the furniture and crated. Any damages or excessive cleaning due to shedding that is incurred by your pets will be charged accordingly. We would like to continue to be a pet friendly place for other future guest as we Adore animals. If you plan on bringing your furry family we kindly ask to please let us know and pay the pet fee of $45 at time of booking. Any furry friends staying without notifying host at time of booking will be charged a $75 fee immediately and failure to pay will result in cancellation of stay. This statement/request is very unfortunate and disheartening but unfortunately necessary.
