The garage level is not included. The great room is open, spacious and full of natural light. The bedrooms feature cedar closets and comfortable mattress’s. Just below the deck side of the home you’ll find the boardwalk out to a large dock. The creek bed below the home provides an amazing hike for the adventurous ones featuring impressive outcroppings, geodes and crinoid fossils everywhere. Who knows maybe even an arrowhead if you’re lucky;) Other things to note Cell reception is lost briefly 1/4 mile from the home but once connected to the WiFi, call, text and internet is very good.
