Spacious Charming Suite with Private Hot Tub

Located in beautiful West Kelowna Estates, a lovely licensed 1 bedroom walk-out suite. Private use of hot tub. Central to three world class ski hills and wine trail. Spacious bedroom includes a queen sized bed, large closet, desk and tv. Double size Murphy bed main living area. Living room has comfortable sectional, chaise, accent chair, electric fireplace, smart tv, cable and high speed wifi. Self check-in. Limit 2 adults but can include 2 children. The space This lovely spacious walkout suite is located in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. This winter luxuriate in your private hot tub after a day of skiing, with proximity of one to one and a half hour drive to 3 ski hills or 30 min drive to cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Minutes drive to West Kelowna Wine Trail (15 wineries). In the summer/fall a nearby wooded green space to walk in the neighbourhood and minutes to drive to Safari Ridge Adventure Park, Rose Valley Regional Park with fantastic biking and hiking wilderness trails, beautiful Kalamoir Regional Park with swimming and hiking; Nesters Market, Xtreme Landmark theatre minutes away. Downtown Kelowna and City Park beach is a 7.8 km drive. Our suite has a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, a large living area designed for comfort and relaxation. There is a 38" Smart TV with Netflix, Anazon Prime and hi speed internet. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and very large closet, tv and small desk. Bedroom contains dresser, TV, large walk in closet with luggage holders, picnic basket, iron , stand up mirror, electric fans, electric room space heater and air filter. Terry robes and extra towels for hot tub use are provided. Or if you are only two guests but would like the Murphy bed available as well pls let me know prior to your arrival so we can have it ready for you. The outdoor space on ground level is for guests' exclusive use and includes private use of hot tub, propane fire table and barbeque. Outdoor area includes various outdoor furnishings, depending on time of year including 4 rocking type chairs, 2 zero gravity lounge chairs, a bistro table, eating table. We have a couple lawn chairs you can take to the beach and a picnic basket as well as a few lawn games. Comfort and relaxation is the goal. A couple throw pillows are feather filled- please let me know prior to arrival if you have allergy to feathers. An agreement of rules for hot tub use required to be signed if planning to use. We do our very best to be very quiet but no doubt you will hear our foot steps and sometimes other noises. Guest access There are 2 available free parking spaces - in the winter there is parking in driveway; all other times the option is either on the street in front of path to suite and/or in driveway, on left side facing the house. Other things to note *Our bnb is NOT affected by recent restrictions affecting Kelowna on short term rentals.*. For convenience and security there is self check in with wifi smart phone activated dead bolt lock. Private use of hot tub is available for guests only and hot tub and fire table is available for use until 11 pm. A waiver is required to sign for hot-tub use. . Age restriction for children 5 yr and under.. . Quietness required in suite and outside after 11 pm. Use of hot tub will necessitate agreement to rules intended for your safety and respect of property. A copy of this waiver will be in the suite and you will be asked to send me a photo of your signature(s) prior to use. Smoking or vaping in or on premises is not allowed. If you use laundry in suite we request you do no more than 2 loads if stay is only 2 nights. Please note: the heating and ac control system is accessible only to home owners above the suite.
