The Robyn’s Nest is the ideal garden family and pup retreat nestled in the heart of San Remo. This beautiful four bedroom home with two living areas and a generous undercover outdoor eating area, provides everything a large family needs for their getaway. With a gate at the end of the garden it’s a short meander to the beach. No need to take anything more then a towel! And just a short stroll through the quiet cul-de-sac to the shops. Leave the car parked this holiday and explore sunny San Remo. The space There are four bedrooms (3 queen beds and one single bed) and two living areas - one with couches and the dining table, the other with a day bed and kitchen table. The master bedroom has an en suite and a walk in robe. There is another bathroom with a shower and bath, plus a separate toilet. Full laundry with washing machine for your use and a clothes horse, as well as a clothes line. The kitchen has a large fridge, Bosch oven and dishwasher plus gas cooking. There is an expansive undercover outdoor eating area complete with a family BBQ and reading nook. Out the other side of the house is the play area with a lawn section and swing set. Guest access Take a wander around San Remo and leave the car at home. The Robyn’s Nest is situated in the heart of San Remo with terrific access for all mobilities throughout the house (no stairs). It’s a short walk to the beach, gym, supermarket, medical centre, post office and gift/coffee shops. Other things to note There is always the pointy end of the stick in everything we as humans do….this is it. Under no circumstances will parties be permitted or more then 7 guests (unless it’s a baby in a portacot). This is our home normally and I hope you respect the relationships we have developed with our neighbours. There is also to be no smoking within the home.
