Also walk to the Summit Stage (free bus) to get to all Summit County has to offer. Easy access to 8 local ski resorts near the townhouse. Parking in the driveway is easy if you wish to drive, but is not necessary with the excellent bus system in this historical Rocky Mountain location. The Townhouse is within walking distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and the Frisco Transit station. It has a nice park behind the unit with a lake and playground for kids. W/D in the unit on the guests floor. There are 8 of Colorado's premier ski areas within 30 miles of Frisco. Under normal circumstances this is my home and it is a shared space, however I have it listed as entire space because I travel a lot. I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU REQUEST TO BOOK IF I WILL BE THERE OR NOT SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT & CAN DECIDE IF YOU STILL WISH TO MAKE A RESERVATION. If I am there, only the kitchen is shared. The guest bathroom/bedroom(s) are private and downstairs on the main level. I will NOT be in your area and it is easy to avoid contact with me if that is your wish. When you book, the people in YOUR reservation are the only guests in the home. Sleeping arrangements as follows: 1) the primary bedroom sleeps 2 (queen bed) 2) the extra room if booked ($25/nt if requested for 2 ppl) sleeps 2 (queen sofa bed). If you have 3 or 4 guests, you will automatically be booking the extra room. Main features to help you make your decision include: -privacy on your own floor. Even if it is booked as a shared space, the rooms and bathroom are downstairs and in a separate part of the house. -spa type steam shower with a ton of jets for a nice relaxing massage if needed after a day of adventure!! -A short walk to Main Street and Lake Dillon. -On the bike path. (in the front yard!) -long driveway for free parking. -walking distance to transit station. (airport shuttle stops here) -Comfortable bed -smart TV, coffee maker, refrigerator in room. -nice park behind house with lake and playground. -garage to safely store your gear while visiting. -washer and dryer on guest floor -WIFI high speed internet. *This unit is managed directly by the owners and we are local. Someone is available to answer any questions you may have before, during or after your stay. Getting Around: Summit Stage bus stop across the street (free to Copper/Breckenridge/Keystone resorts with stops along the route) 1/2 mile walk to Main Street Frisco. 1 mile to Lake Dillon Frisco Marina which has a beach as well as boat launching accessibility. Renting a bike is a great option to navigate around the town of Frisco during the summertime. Uber and Lyft are available in the mountains. Taking a shuttle from DIA to the Frisco Transit Station will also get you up here into town. You will have access to all the areas which are pictured in this listing. The townhouse is in a residential neighborhood. It is one unit in a group of 4 townhomes. If you have 2 guests, and would like to rent both rooms/beds, please let me know when you make your reservation. You will be charged $25/night for use of the other room. If you do not want to rent the 2nd room, it WILL NOT be rented to another party and will be locked.
