This 1940's Tahoe cabin has vintage charm, is situated on a three lot parcel, and offers one of the most sought-after locations on the lake. This cabin is on the lake side of Highway 89. Access to Lake Tahoe is one block down the street to our private three acre homeowners' beach. The cabin is also walking distance to a small, upscale market, and two popular eating establishments: Sunnyside Lodge and Firesign Cafe. (Starting 7/26/2026 30 night minimum) The space Location, location, location! You can walk to Sunnyside Lodge (lakefront bar and dining), Firesign Cafe (great breakfasts & lunches) and our Tahoe Park Homeowners' Beach. This private beach is only a block down the street. The homeowners' beach has 3 acres of lake front and lots of amenities, like 2 docks, BBQs, picnic tables, and bathrooms. Our street is part of a paved bike/pedestrian path that runs as far south as Tahoe Pines, and as far north as Truckee. The bike path is closed during the snow season, but our street is kept plowed. A private company, Tahoe Park Snow Job, is employed to plow our circle driveway. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire cabin and the three large lots on which it is built. You have a gate entry card to get you into the private homeowners' beach, just a short walk down the street. There is snow removal service in the winter. We have an annual contract with Tahoe Park Snow Job. Other things to note Do not leave any kind of food or anything that smells like food in your car, because there is a black bear that roams the neighborhood. The rent includes the 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax. The house will be clean for your arrival, and cleaned after you check out. There is no housekeeping provided during your stay.
