Relax in the courtyard on a comfortable lounge with chaise, perfect for a quiet cuppa. From the living area you walk up 5 steps to the bedroom and ensuite. The bedroom also opens onto a small private courtyard. The beauty of my unit is that a major Westfield shopping centre, several restaurant strips, cinema and parks are all within walking distance. The city and tourist attractions are only a 10 -15 min drive away. It is a flat walk of 750 metres to the Canberra Hospital if you have loved ones staying there. Unlike most units and townhouses in the area, you have total privacy from every room and are not overlooked by neighbours.
