The space Located upstairs and to the left, you will have this large bedroom with brand new Queen mattress all to yourself. Bathroom is steps away in the hallway to the right. The house has easy access to highways and is close to restaurants and bars. Guest access This listing is for 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. You can smoke in the atrium, 4/20 friendly. You can use any appliance in the kitchen if you'd like to make meals or store food in the fridge and feel free to help yourself to coffee and tea at any time. House has 1.5 bathrooms for your use, television, wireless internet, family room, atrium and laundry room. Linens, towels, hair-dryer and shampoo/body wash are included and there is a community pool just steps away behind our house for your use as well. We only have 1 parking spot available in our garage. Unfortunately, our HOA is very strict about street parking, so if you have more than 1 car, you’ll have to park it out of the neighborhood. During your stay I work from home most days and Virpi works nights. We have 2 cats: a tuxedo cat named Cosmo and a grey striped cat named Tipsy. We are social and love interacting with our guests. Of course, if you'd prefer your privacy, thats not a problem either. We can provide food/bar/entertainment recommendations if you're interested. Other things to note When arriving, you can pull right up to our front walkway to unpack. We have an extra space in our garage for you to park your car, so it will always be protected and in the shade. We only have the 1 parking spot available as the HOA is very strict about street parking so if you have more than 1 car, you’ll have to park it out of the neighborhood. There are guest parking spaces in the area but you can only park in a guest spots for 6 hours. After that the car needs to be moved.
