The Blue Beach House

A sunny, spacious, rustic single level 70's bach sitting beach front on 90 mile beach. A perfect location to just pop out for a walk, surf or fish and to hang out with family and friends. There is a large deck to relax on and admire the views and the back lawn for kids to play is fenced off from the beach. Ahipara is a perfect playground for surfers, kiters, fishers, golfers, hikers and anyone who likes being close to the beach. The space A perfect place to hang out and entertain with friends and family. There is a large dining table, 2 full fridges ( 1 with automatic cold water) and plenty of room to store your delicious food. There is a carport that can easily accommodate 2 cars as well as parking for a small boat or trailer. Parking is shared so please keep parking to under the carport. Guest access Full access and complete privacy. Please note there is also a self contained sleep out on the property that is also rented out - it is completely separate from the main house you would be renting. However parking is shared so please keep parking to under the carport. Other things to note The house is on tank water so please be mindful of use. The tank water is fully filtered so can be drunk straight from the tap. You will need to provide your own beach & bath towels. You are responsible for removing and disposing of your rubbish if staying for more than 2 nights. Beach access from the property is currently unavailable due to severe erosion. However there is easy and close access down Kaka Street. There is a self contained studio on site (completely separate to the main house) that is rented separately. Parking is shared, so please keep parking to under the carport.
