WiFi is generated by high-speed fiber optic. Private parking for two vehicles and motorcycles. The space The studio is located on the ground floor of a villa located on an unfenced area of greenery and flowers on the edge of a small river. The private entrance will allow you to manage your stay as you wish. The kitchen is equipped with three induction cooktops, induction cooking utensils are provided as well as dishes for two to four people. A coffee machine with ingredients (coffee pods, sugars...), cups and bowls, an electric kettle, a toaster, a large refrigerator containing fruit juice, milk, mineral water, bread and a stick of butter. A comfortable double bed (140 x 190) with sheets, duvet and pillows. The living room area with a couch, two armchairs, and a coffee table. Guest access Private parking for two vehicles in complete safety. Possibility to park under shelter if necessary (Motorcycles, Cabriolet, sports equipment...) Access to the garden of the residence in which there is a hard garden furniture by the river in the shade of a century-old plane tree.
