Modern country cottage in the heart of Snowdonia

Modern and stylish country cottage set in the heart of Snowdonia and close to the mountains and the sea. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably with one king size bed and ensuite, one double and two lots of bunk beds. It has a modern family bathroom and an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room. It has a lovely wood burner perfect for those cosy winter evenings. It also has an enclosed large garden with a patio area and onsite parking. We do not accept Any parties,hen or stag do’s. Other things to note Please note maximum occupancy at any time is 8 person. We do not Accept any hen, stag or parties. We do not want any posters or pictures to be bluetaked, cellotaped, pins or nails to the walls, doors or ceilings. There is a strictly No smoking policy within the property. We expect the property returned in the same condition as it was received We expect ALL damages and breakages to be reported prior to leaving the property. We expect guests to strip all used bedding and place in the utility room prior to leaving the property. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk, and we expect the rules as displayed to be adhered to. Please be aware that the hot tub is cleaned and changed after each guests and there might be a delay in it heating up to required temperature on your first night. Please note there is no specific car charging point. If you have an electric car we will need to agree a fee for charging before confirmation of booking.
