A stunning 5 bedroomed property on the North Cornish Coast with incredible views. Perfect for a special getaway with friends and family! Built in 2012, Tregea is a stunning 5 bedroomed property sleeping 10 – the ultimate in luxury! With the latest in domestic styling, this beautiful house is designed to take your breath away. The space Enjoying exceptional panoramic views of the Cornish coastline, Tregea has 3 double bedrooms all en-suite with kingsize beds, and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is also the option to make the twin beds into super king-size beds providing an offering of 5 double rooms, as the photo in bedroom 3. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have the option of being either twin, or super kingsize. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are situated on the ground floor, and bedrooms 4 and 5 upstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family wetroom, whilst bedrooms 1, 4 and 5 all have their own private en-suites. A cot and highchair is available in the property, and additional are available on request. Please note that you will need to provide your own cot bedding. You can enjoy the private games room with pool and table tennis, and children will love the snug (situated off bedroom 4) with bean bags, a Wii console, TV and DVD Player. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge create the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably; it is a great space for a celebration or special occasion. There is a full surround sound system with iPod dock/bluetooth and the property has its own WiFi connection. The bifold doors lead from the lounge onto the outside decking, with patio furniture and BBQ, and steps lead to the enclosed back garden. There is a decking area with lounge furniture to the front of the property; a perfect spot to enjoy a good book or gin and tonic whilst admiring the stunning views! The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge freezer, water and ice machine. The hob is an induction hob, and oven electric. All appliances are of a very high standard. There is enough dishes, crockery, cutlery and glassware to cater for your requirements. Plastic cups, bowls and plates are also provided for children. The property is situated next door to Wooda Farm Holiday Park and full use of the parks facilities, including a children's play area, woodland walks, tennis and badminton courts, gym, farmyard animals and a mountain bike trail are available for use. The holiday park also has an on-site bar and restaurant, takeaway, cocktail bar and farm shop however these facilities are closed between November - March, and sometimes operate limited opening hours in low and mid season. We regret we are unable to accept pets in Tregea. Guest access A car is advisable however you are able to walk to the neighbouring village of Poughill, and there is a great pub there - The Preston Gate Inn. Bude is approximately a 40 minute walk and there is a bus stop outside the entrance of the holiday park just next door. Bude is a great town, with plenty of amenities, activities, beaches, bars and restaurants and a whole host of independent shops. Parking is plentiful so access to the town shouldn't be a problem.
