We have been coming up to the high desert for more than 40 years and have always loved this property because of its sweeping views and serenity. We finally had the opportunity to place a home on this beautiful piece of land so we could share those views with all of you! The home was just finished this year and no expense was spared. The interior is grand yet welcoming and cozy. The vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout the home make you feel as though you are living directly in the open desert. With views from every room, everyone in your group will have a place to call home. Each of the FOUR bedrooms is well appointed with a King Bed dressed in all high end white and clean linens. And for those of you traveling with multiple families and friends, you will enjoy the privacy of FOUR full bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms are fully ensuite with the fourth right at the entry to the fourth bedroom. Every bathroom has incredibly soft towels, basic toiletries and amenities to make your stay comfortable and easy. The living space in the home is truly the highlight. Starting with the main floor that features an open floor plan with a large kitchen that faces into a massive living room area that has two separate seating areas. The kitchen is fully appointed with all of your cooking and dining needs. The Dining nook is very generous with custom bench seating and allows for all guests to eat together simultaneously. The living space has a 75" UHD Smart TV allowing you to utilize your favorite streaming service. The whole home is Wifi connected ensuring you can keep in touch with work and friends and share all those great photos of your stay. Perhaps our favorite room in the house is the cozy loft just above the living space that you reach by the custom floating stairs hand crafted by the owner. The space is a great place to enjoy a sunset, read a book, or perhaps play a round of chess with the beautiful Joshua Tree scenery as your backdrop through the panoramic picture window. Step outside onto either of the homes two spacious covered patios and you are treated to sweeping 360 degree views of the Joshua Tree Valley. If the National Park is calling your name, you could simply ride or walk right past the waiting cars into the entrance just 350 yards up the road. Or if a private hike is more your thing, just step out of the back patio through your own private gate into hundreds of acres of public land. You won't be disappointed either way as this is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. Lastly, We are now fully DOG FRIENDLY! We just completed a 30’x10’ custom dog run alongside the house for your furry friends to have a safe place to step outside without interrupting the sweeping desert mountain views. Welcome Home!
