Everything you need is in walking distance, including the beach ( 4 minute walk), restaurants & bars, grocery stores, boutique shops, pharmacies, town square & more. Home has plenty of outdoor space (front patio & back terrace) to enjoy the beautiful weather of LDM. One of the rooms in main home is partitioned off with a room separator (no door). The space The home has a lovely enclosed patio in the front, perfect for listening to the bustling sounds of the street in the AM as you sip your morning coffee. There is a larger covered terrace in the back great for group gatherings and some shade as you wind down in the PM. The are detailed touches throughout-from outdoor wash areas to wash off beach sand, young and mature fruit trees, and a well manicured lawn. Indoor and outdoor bathrooms & showers offer you flexibility to clean up from a day at the beach without tracking in sand or to enjoy a cozier rinse indoors. The home offers a spacious driveway if you wish to park your vehicle off of the street and inside the secured gates of the property. Casa Carolina home consists of a fully-stocked kitchen and a large common area including: - dining & sitting area (futon doubles as pull-out bed) - sleeping area w/ 2 Full beds - bathroom (adjoined to sleeping area) - Adjoined to the main home is one master bedroom (w/ King bed). Indoor bathroom accessible from bedroom; alternatively guests can easily access outdoor bathroom from here. Guest access If you come with a vehicle, you are free to park on the street or in the driveway within the gates of the property. Feel free to ride the car around the town to places you wish to not walk to -- there should be plenty of parking wherever you go! Otherwise, golf cart rentals are available in town and this is a great alternative if you are traveling without a car/truck. Within the limits of LDM, your feet can take you almost anywhere. If you're looking to check out nearby towns (i.e., Sayulita), you'll need a car, or you can catch a bus / taxi. Other things to note While the home is pet free, there is a neighborhood cat that comes into the yard. Most of our guests don’t mind the extra company but it is something to note if you see him wandering over to say hello. Please let us know if this an issue beforehand so we can do our best to work with the neighbors.
