Spacious and welcoming three-room apartment on the second floor of a historic building without a lift. Equipped with all comforts, it consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of single beds), a study room with wardrobe, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Located near the San Marco district, a few meters from the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo and close to the San Lorenzo market. Wifi connection and air conditioning. The space Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.  Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
