4 bedroom newly renovated residence of 235m2 in one of CPH's exclusive areas close to the beach in Solrød Strand. Large fully equiped kitchen, living room and terrace, making it a great location for a family. Solrød Strand is known for its proximity to the beach, natural forrest and within a short driving distance to Copenhagen and Køge - making it a good location to stay at when visiting Sjælland. The space The property is made up of 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, which most comfortably can sleep 8 guests. However, with the addition of extra mattresses, there can be up to 14 guests sleeping in the house. Here is a summary of sleeping arrangements: Bed spots 1-8: 4x king beds in bedrooms 1-4 (Bedding provided and fitted) Bed spot 9 and 10: in room no. 2 there is a loft double bed mattress (bedding provided, though not fitted) Bed spot 11 and 12: two single loose mattresses that can be placed anywhere in the house (bedding provided, though not fitted) Bed spot 13 and 14: in room no. 4 there is a double sofa bed that can be pulled out into two single beds.
