This urban chic home is close to all of the tourist locations you come to visit in DC without the DC price tag! Jump in a ride share or drive and travel: •20 minutes to National Mall and monuments. •21 minutes to the African American Museum. •17 minutes to MGM and National Harbor. After a day of seeing the sights, have a fun night playing foosball or one of the many games. Perfect for large family vacations, girls' getaways, and business travelers. There's also parking for 2 cars!!!! This 3-level townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, one on each level. It sleeps up to 8 guests. First level: When you walk in the front door, you enter a sunny, warm, and inviting space. The kitchen is designed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including coffee pot and tea kettle. You'll also find pots, pans, bakeware, spices and all the necessary dishware and utensils. The dining room table can seat up to 8 guests. The front living room is a cozy, well-lit spot with a sectional sofa from which you can enjoy the 50in smart TV for some Netflix and chill. Or have a fun game night playing one of the many board games. A half bathroom rounds out the entertainment area. Just outside the dining room, through sliding glass doors there is a deck and paved patio. Basement level: As you walk down the steps, you'll find a spacious sleeping and entertainment area. There is a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. Watch the 50in smart TV from the sectional sofa. Have a foosball championship or play one of the many games available. A full bathroom is also on this floor. Top level: Up a staircase from the first floor is where you'll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunkbed with 2 single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed with a comfy pillow top mattress. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 50in smart TV. Another full bathroom rounds out the top level. No sofa beds or air mattresses! Pack and play and high chair available upon request. I've lived in the DC area for over 20 years and since I'm in close proximity to the house I'm available for calls, texts, or emails with any questions or issues that arise to make sure you have a super stay. Your comfortability is my top priority! Enjoy being extremely close to the city of Washington, DC in District Heights, MD. Being in District Heights you have easy access to all of the sight seeing areas by a quick transit ride or Uber. You can bypass the tourist traps and experience the local vibe & cultural immersion in a diverse neighborhood with an affordable stay. Find a shopping center across the street from the home with a grocery store, and several food options including Chic-fil-A. One more stop light down are several sit down dining restaraunts including Friday's and my favorite Crafty Crab. The closest Metro Station is Suitland station. It is a 8 min Uber ride, 12 min bus ride, or 25 min walk from the home.
