Welcome to this beautiful house! Close to downtown, riverside, hospital, stores, restaurants, not that far from the beach. Guest access You can use the whole house and backyard. Other things to note Note: there is an efficiency/studio, small apartment in the back of the house that has nothing to do with the house, there’s no connection or communication in anyway. The house is completely independent and private. We don’t allow big trucks, rv’s or trailers, no charging for any type of vehicle. No more than 3 vehicles allowed. Please don’t park on grass. Unfortunately we don’t offer the garage temporarily, so you can only park on the driveway. We do accept pets and we charge a fee. We require to sign a contract agreement on reservations over 30 days. We also require to do an inspection in the property every other month on reservations over 3 months.
