Time out Erfurt - stylish bungalow - close to the city center

You will feel comfortable in our beautiful bungalow. It is located in a quiet courtyard with a large, covered terrace, partly with a glass roof and a beautiful flower bed, just three tram stops from the Merchant's Bridge, a special attraction in the center of the old town. If you are arriving by car, you can park right next to the house entrance. The space We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home "Auszeit Erfurt." The bungalow was built barrier-free and family-friendly in 2021 and is located in a quiet courtyard. The south terrace in front of the house is covered, with a glass roof in the middle area. So you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace, protected from the weather. From the parking lot in front of the bungalow, three steps lead to the house entrance and the large terrace. Next to the staircase is a 1 m wide ramp. When you enter the house you come into the entrance area with a wardrobe. From the entrance area you can reach an accessible shower room. Afterwards, a smaller bedroom with 2 box spring beds 90 x 200 cm, which are usually single beds, but can also be put together if desired 180 x 200 cm. In the middle area of the bungalow is the spacious, loft-like living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, spices...) that invites you to cook. The dining area can accommodate 6 people. The pent roof with exposed roof trusses results in a generous room height of 3 - 4.5 m. A sliding door leads from the living room to the covered terrace with outdoor furniture in rattan look (2-seater sofa + 2 armchairs). From the living and dining room you can reach another bedroom with a workplace and box spring bed, as well as a sleeping gallery - both beds 180 x 200 cm. There are several sockets with USB ports. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. The stylish interior harmonizes with the light floor tiles in natural stone look. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms and there is also a towel radiator in the bathroom. The living and sleeping rooms can be atmospherically illuminated with indirect ambient lighting. The smoking area is on the covered terrace. There are 3 men's bikes and 3 women's bikes available, which can be rented for €5 per bike per day. Billing is done on site. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to rent bicycles so that they can be provided. In the main building there is a room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used after consultation. Please let us know before arrival if you'd like to use this space. Guest access You can park for free in the courtyard right next to the house entrance. The apartment is basically completely at your disposal. Only a cabinet with private contents is locked. Our vacation home "Auszeit Erfurt" is located in a street parallel to Magdeburger Allee, with very good transport connections. In the immediate vicinity there are shops to supply you with everyday necessities. For example, you can walk to Rewe and Lidl in 5 minutes. The tram stop Lutherkirche/SWE is about 5 minutes. Lines 1 and 5 take you from there by train in 5 minutes to the stop "Stadtmuseum/Kaisersaal" and from there you can walk to the Merchant's Bridge in 3 minutes. There you are already in the center of the old town with its many sights. The outdoor pool at Nordpark and Gera are only two minutes away by bike and the Nordstrand leisure and recreation park with beach, sand and meadows, water skiing, beach volleyball court, etc. is only 2.6 km away. As part of the BUGA, a larger area along the Gera was redesigned in terms of landscape gardening, with several interesting playgrounds, barbecue areas, sunbathing areas along the Gera, an artificial small lake with fountain and cafe. This area starts approx. 6 minutes' walk from the vacation home and is ideal for a walk. The climbing hall "Nordwand" and the largest indoor kart track in Thuringia (Kart-Center Erfurt, An d. Lache 43, Erfurt) are only 2 km from our vacation home. Other things to note The accommodation tax is already included in the booking price! (applies to bookings from 09/19/2024) From January 1, 2024, the city of Erfurt will levy an accommodation tax for private and professional overnight stays. This is 5% of the nightly rate and is included in the total price. For many hosts, the accommodation tax is also to be paid on site.
