Centrally located to Fredricksted and Christiansted with a convenience store and grocery store minutes away. Walk less that 10 minutes down the beach to The Palms resort for lunch or dinner, drinks and entertainment on the weekends. With new BBQ and additional new bedroom furniture in 2nd bedroom for guests comfort (Queen bed & twin bed) We are steps away from the beach and pool. Also a 4 minute walk to the Palms Resort, where there is almost entertainment every night. We are centrally located on the island, so not far from east and west sides! We get a great breeze right off the ocean that flows through the whole condo, so you can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. 🌊 Guest access There is a huge pool and hot tub for your use! Free beach chairs and umbrella to lounge on the beach with! There is also water shoes, snorkeling 🤿 gear, pool towels and floaties for your use. Other things to note Brand new air conditioner installed @ end of Jan 2026 in second bedroom and main AC Serviced to provide great cooling when those breeze die down. Please do note how many people are staying at the condo when booking so the right amount of linens and supplies can be left out.
