The bathroom offers a full bathtub & washing machine, while the entrance includes a large mirror and generous wardrobe space. Cozy, functional, and beautifully arranged, this studio makes for an ideal modern retreat. The space *Pictures not up to date - new decor, carpet and curtains were added* Right by the entrance, a large mirror catches your eye. It reflects light back into the room, making the studio feel more spacious, while also serving as a practical spot for a quick check before heading out. Just across it, a generously sized wardrobe offers plenty of storage, keeping the living area free from clutter and maintaining that calm, organized atmosphere. Walking further in, the living space opens up. The color palette—rich greens and soft browns—gives the space an earthy, natural feel, almost like a quiet retreat tucked away from the city. Despite its compact size, it feels inviting and thoughtfully laid out. Two sleek white leather armchairs sit neatly in one corner, stylish and comfortable, offering a perfect spot to sit with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee. The bed stands out as a unique feature—handmade and upholstered in a soft green fabric. It adds a personal, cozy touch, tying the whole room together with its warm, natural tones. The kitchenette is tucked smartly into the layout, separated from the main living area by an open shelf. This subtle division maintains the flow of the room while giving the kitchen its own defined corner. It’s fully equipped with all the essentials you’d need for daily cooking—compact, efficient, and designed with functionality in mind. When you step into the bathroom, you find a pleasant surprise: a full bathtub. It feels like a little luxury in a studio apartment, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Alongside it, a washing machine adds convenience, making the space as practical as it is comfortable. Altogether, this studio blends modern comfort with natural tones and thoughtful design. It feels cozy yet uncluttered, compact yet functional—a peaceful, well-appointed retreat in the heart of the city. Other things to note A fresh set of towels and a freshly made bed are always provided at the start of your stay! If needed, we can also arrange extra cleaning at €30 per hour, and an additional full set of towels and bed linen is available for €20. Transport connections: You’re very well connected to public transport. Tram lines 43 and 44 to the city center stop right outside the building, and bus line 13A to the main train station is also easily accessible. The U6 metro at Alserstraße station is only a 5-minute walk away. Nearby amenities: Within walking distance along Alserstraße, you’ll find grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and restaurants—everything you might need during your stay. Check-in: We are flexible with check-in and check-out times. Just reach out, and we’ll arrange a convenient appointment. Either I or a close friend will meet you at the apartment, hand over the keys, and show you everything you need to know about the space and the area. If no one is available, we can also arrange a “key safe” self-check-in. You will receive an information sheet with all the details about the apartment and self-check-in instructions.
