Estate in the heart of the Uco Valley, attended by its own owners located 1 hour from Mendoza, 45 minutes from Lujan de Cuyo and only 5 minutes from Tunuyan. The house is a typical Mendoza country house, with large galleries that surround it in its entirety, thus generating different views and spaces for relaxation and intimacy, an imposing view of the Cordon del Plata, the pool, horse corral, the fireplace complete the magnificent picture. It also has a security guard at night The space The house has a large living-dining room, with a fireplace equipped for barbecues in winter, and TV with DirecTV Plus (also available in the master bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked, with dishes for 14 people. It has two separate bedroom wings, which makes it ideal for 2 or 3 families or large groups of friends to live comfortably. It has 3 full bathrooms, with electric water heater and excellent water pressure. Additional hourly cleaning service can also be arranged. Bed linen and towels are included. We also offer personalized polo lessons for all skill levels. For your convenience, we also offer optional services at an additional cost: • Grocery shopping: Guests send us their list and we shop before they arrive. • Barbecue service in the house: we cook for you on site, ideal for enjoying without worrying about anything.
