The space The apartment is located above the detached garage (and requires using stairs to access it). It has an open living/dining area with a sleeper sofa and full kitchen, a separate bedroom, a full bathroom with laundry, and a private deck. Depending on your ambition you can walk downtown (20 minutes down but add more time to come back up!) or drive (5 minutes). The Browns Creek trail is easily accessed from a short street ride or walk.
