The extendable dining table can comfortably seat up to 10, for cocktails and cards against humanity. walk up the stairs to the spacious patio and through a keyless lock into our home. Main area open concept cozy living room with fireplace/ dining table/ kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with all utensils and pots and pans you might need for cooking, and all the dishes, cups, and wine glasses you need for eating and drinking! Spices, condiments, and of course coffee are available. One bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms with smart TVs and a twin bedroom with pull out trundle (all with memory foam mattresses) round out the main level. Down the stairs (full door enclosed) brings you back to the 80s/90s. Our quirky, bright and cheerful rec room boasts a 40" smart TV, plenty of seating for watching the classics on Netflix. Play Millipede on our original cocktail arcade machine. Play Street Fighter, Terminator, Mortal Kombat and more on our arcade 1 up machines! Board games available too. Our VHS library is located down here, for watching down here or upstairs in the twin bedroom on the batman TV and VCR! Downstairs also hosts our washer/dryer, another full bathroom and another queen bedroom, equipped with an old school TV and Nintendo! Enjoy relaxing outdoor time with our Weber BBQ, or light a fire in our chimenea! Outdoor games like giant jenga, lawn darts (the safe kind) and ladder toss. We lovingly built this space to be an extension of ourselves- and we are pretty fun. We hope you'll have as much of a great time here as we do, with our family! Administration building and field are directly behind our home- disc golf, fire pit, horseshoes! a short walk or shorter drive to the clubhouse/ outdoor pool and playground area with tennis courts. You will leave the community gates for a 2 mile drive to the indoor rec center for the sauna/ indoor pool. Take it slow- 25 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Main gate will be your only entry point to the community- so drop a pin! AMENITIES- Bracelet costs are as follows: Monday through Thursday $8 per person per day Friday- Sunday (and holidays) $10 per person per day or $30 per person weekly Bracelets can be purchased as needed at clubhouse or admin building, and are required for the lake as well. Winter time means community indoor pool and sauna (weekends and some week nights), snow tubing and ice skating (weather conditions permitting), clubhouse with ping pong tables. The house is directly adjacent to the community mixed use field, which hosts community events, and contains community garden, tether ball, horseshoes, a large firepit, and disc golf! Right through the backyard trees! Summer brings lake activities on 3 beautiful lakes. Kayak, swim, electric boating. Live music and scheduled events, playgrounds, outdoor pool, basketball courts and even tennis and pickleball! STRICT 25 MPH speed limit. Very serious business. Your gate pass grants you access to the main gate only. You can leave the neighborhood through other electronic gates, but can only gain entrance at main gate. Which is only about a mile from the home.
