Huge sliding doors make the make the aspen tree lined outdoor patio feel connected to the dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. No expense was spared in decorating this home which is perfect for groups traveling for business, weddings and family trips. Every guest in your group will sleep well! All 5 bedrooms are private & quiet with comfortable mattresses, high-quality linens, down pillows & duvets, black-out blinds, iPhone chargers and fast WiFi. Patio: dining table (8), large gas grill, large comfy outdoor sectional around a custom fire-pit and enjoy the mounted Sonos speakers. hard-wired to natural gas, so no messing with empty propane tanks. Kitchen: Everything a chef could need: - Quality dishes, glass & silverware, sharpened knives, Vitamix blender, dough mixer, air-fryer, two (2) high-end Nespresso coffee machines, sous vide, ice-cream marker, and ceramic pots & pans. - All the little things: spices, butter, flour & sugar, quality cooking utensils, clean dish towels, strainers, cutting boards, cooking thermometer, etc. ** The fridge is stocked with free sodas, sparkling water, wine, beer, plus fresh oat, dairy & almond milk for your morning coffee. Pantry is well stocked too. All complementary! ** 2nd Floor: master bedroom (K) and a guest room (Q) with 55" Smart TV, each with their own private bath, floor to ceiling windows and private balconies and skylight. Garden Level: Large sunken courtyard floods light in to the family room with 65" home theatre w/ Sonos surround-sound, oversized down-filled DWR sectional, wet bar, additional bedroom (Q), full bath and home gym (gym can be fully converted into the 5th bedroom (Q) upon advanced request). Carriage House: An equally modern and fully equipped private carriage house which adds an additional bedroom (Q), bath, living area w/ Smart TV and kitchen. Designer Furnishings & Original Art: High-end furnishings from designers like Mies van der Rohe & Noguchi, alongside beds and sofas from Design Within Reach and Room & Board, plus hand-made wool & silk rugs from the famed ABC Carpet in NYC. Original art and photography on the walls throughout the house. 4.5 Bathrooms: You will find quality hair dryers, hair straighteners, curlers, all sizes of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, plus the things you forgot like travel sized toiletries. Laundry Room: Washer/dryer in both the main house and carriage house, plus clothes steamers, irons and boards. Gym: Weights, yoga equipment and Peloton bike (size 7, 9 and 11 sanitized shoes provided). NOTE: The gym can be converted into a wonderful 5th bedroom. In that setup the peloton is still usable but because of the space used for the bed, there isn't room to use weights and stretch, ect, but which guests can do in other areas of the home. Internet/Technology: Fast Wifi (500mbps) in every corner of the house - guaranteed, laser printer, three (3) workstations and 2 with ultra-wide high-def monitors and the 3rd with a standard screen. Concierge & Housekeeping: We aim to please, so if you have requests (big or small) we are here to assist in planning your trip by providing itinerary/activity restaurant recommendations. Do you need cleaning service during your stay? or errands needing to be performed (pickup a birthday cake or groceries)? Our house staff is at your service for daily or occasional service. We felt like we were treated like royalty. - Amy We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. As a self-described hotel snob, I’m very picky about where we stay. This house was clean, stylish, comfortable and well stocked. - Theresa It was the perfect set up for four couples. Each room is spacious and has a separate bathroom. The house had wonderful common areas for the whole group to enjoy, both inside and out. It is well equipped and beautifully decorated. - Kathryn Our daughter got married in Denver. This beautiful house accommodated our family of grown, married children and a couple grandchildren perfectly. The home is just as it appears in the photos and is beautifully decorated with a modern vibe and features a Sonos system throughout. The carriage house is a nice bonus accommodation that was close, but offered privacy. The deck area between the main home and carriage house is awesome with a gas fire table that provided great ambiance and was used well into the night. - Terry Beautiful light-filled home! My team of 3 stayed her for our annual work get together since we're a remote team. Each of us had a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Everything was super clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, backup paper goods, etc. The space is pretty expansive, so if you need a moment alone there are plenty of spaces - including a fitness space for a quick workout and a park down the street for a short walk. - Michael Guest access Parking & Transit: There is plenty of on-street parking right out front of the unit (we will go as far as to guarantee it). You can also leave your bikes locked in the garage if you’d like. Light rail can be accessed only 4 blocks away and the airport train is only 3/4 of a mile up the road. Most of all, you’re just a walk to everything RiNo has to offer, and only a bit further to LoDo, and a short uber/drive to everything else. Other things to note - This is an allergy friendly home - strictly no pets, sorry. If a pet is brought in to the home there is a $1,000 charge for professional cleaning of upholstery and rugs. - It is very difficult to receive a City of Denver license to operate an Airbnb. We entered into a community-host agreement with the area Neighborhood Association so no parties/events during a stay without a City issued event permit. Additionally, no loud music (over 50 decimals - Denver City rules) is allowed outside after 11pm. You are welcome to crank up whole-house Sonos speaker system inside though!!! :) - The home is best for family or business groups and for a mixture of couples and/or individuals. With 5 bedrooms, we typically limit the home to couples, or individuals that don't exceed the number of beds. Young children and special requests considered. Sorry, no sleeping on sofas.
