There is off street parking and a large private outdoor space to enjoy a wine or meal. The space The house was built at the turn of last century and has been restored so that it maintains many of its original features such as casement windows, tessellated tiles, fan lights, original decorative fireplaces in the main bedroom and lounge and a re-purposed Bega oven in the dining room which now serves as a bookcase. It is a sunny, light filled house with morning sun flooding into both the living and dining/sitting rooms. The separate kitchen has been refurbished and has a brand new stove/oven, range hood, good sized fridge and microwave as well as all the necessaries to put together a meal. There is a large restored bathroom with shower/bath, vanity and toilet and a separate laundry with combo washer/dryer. Central heating will keep you toasty in winter and the house is cool in Summer. The rear yard is large and features a paved area with Victorian gazebo, outdoor table setting and barbecue. There is a large grassed area, newly planted brick edged garden beds as well as established trees. The entire yard and driveway are fully fenced and very private. The property is ideal for one or two singles or couples. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Guest access Off street parking for one vehicle. Other things to note The shower is above the bath so mobility impaired folk may have difficulty.
