The space Our modern, beautifully decorated townhome is perfect for families who want the space and amenities of home away from home. There are 4 floors, with bedrooms on 3, including 2 master suites - one on the ground floor and one on the 3rd floor. The second floor has fully-stocked kitchen, spacious living area, and screened deck. There is a ground floor patio with grill and large yard that overlooks the canal. The garage is full of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The large 4th floor loft includes 1 queen, twin bunk beds, an additional twin inflatable mattress should you need it, a large smart TV with xbox, books, games, and toys - perfect for kids but tasteful enough for adults as well. Guest access All areas of the townhome, as well as community amenities of heated pool and crabbing/fishing dock, are available to guests. In addition, there are 2 dedicated parking spaces in addition to garage space for storing beach gear and bikes. (Unfortunately the garage is too narrow for most vehicles).
