There are 4 floors, with bedrooms on 3, including 2 master suites - one on the ground floor and one on the 3rd floor. The second floor has fully-stocked kitchen, spacious living area with ample seating a and smart TV, and screened deck. There is a ground floor patio with grill and large yard that overlooks the canal. The garage is full of boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes, and beach toys. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The large 4th floor loft includes 2 queen beds plus bunk beds, a large smart TV, books, foosball table, sofa, games, and toys - perfect for kids but tasteful enough for adults as well. 2 parking spots provided, and towing is strictly enforced in this development. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Linens not provided (sheets, towels) but we have all quilts, comforters, pillows, etc listed in photos as well as dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. amply supplied in the unit. Guest access All areas of the townhome, as well as community amenities of heated pool and crabbing/fishing dock, are available to guests. In addition, there are 2 dedicated parking spaces in addition to garage space for storing beach gear and bikes (the garage is too narrow for most cars).
