Great location 3min. from I-75, and 5min. From State RT 30.. a quick drive to our downtown area, close to Fair Grounds, and Hospital’s. It’s a quiet country setting with a stocked pond for catch/release or cook and eat. Swimming/Ice skating. Relaxing outdoor fire pits, patios, and swing. Close to bike/walking paths. Beautiful scenery all around. Resident ducks Huey, Dewy help supply eggs for breakfast and are fun to watch. We do have rural well water, and satellite internet and Roku TVs. The space The bedroom is a soft blue cozy get away. Comes with Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, comfy chair ,TV tray and all the little things that’ll help you have a home away from home stay. Access to a coffee nook and fresh drinking water. Guest access Full access to your room, all outdoor settings, patios and balcony. With a extra large shared bathroom. During your stay We do live on the first level of this home and love to meet and visit with our guest. We also respect your privacy so we’ll follow your lead on visiting. Other things to note We do have 3 dogs that are head of security and our welcome committee. Daisy is a wiener dog, Shasta and Shayla are “puppies” still in training. We are in the country with that we have slower internet and well water that is softened and conditioned, occasionally we have a slight sulfur smell. We always have fresh drinking water available for you to drink and cook with.
