Our Entire remodeled Downstairs offers 2 Large ROOMS: one HUGE w/ a Casper Mattress Queen bed, linens, dresser, closet & TV w/ Netflix; the other a dining area & work desk w/ full Keurig & coffee bar. The Kitchenette has a fridge, dual hot plate, microwave, large sink, washer/dryer, etc. There’s also an outdoor seating area & charcoal grills. The space Our space is perfect for of age couples, business people, small families, day trippers, wedding or event attendees, marathoners, honeymooners, fishermen, hunters, etc. It is also great for those who are arriving early to beat the weekend traffic. I’ve installed a separate Central Heating and Air Conditioning Unit for your comfort. There’s a NEW loveseat, a NEW Casper Queen Mattress, NEW Pella windows AND Blinds (some blackouts) along with NEW Curtains for a peaceful sleeping experience. Guest access You have access to OVER 900 SQUARE FEET of PRIVATE downstairs living space, TWO private entrances, TWO parking spaces, a garage for storage, a hot and cold water Outside Shower and a backyard area with seating as well as charcoal grills. Other things to note The property is WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE with No Step entrances or via garage door and the rooms have oversized doors for easy access. An outside shower is available to wash the sand off when necessary. Keurig, pods, coffee, cream and sugar provided. There is also enough Parking for Sea Doos or a decent sized boat, which comes in handy since we're Only a Minute’s Drive to a FREE Public Boat Ramp and one of THE MOST SPECTACULAR SUNSETS you will ever experience !
