Pioneer Place is a totally renovated 3/2 home located in the heart of Corsicana right across the street from the Pioneer Village Museum complex where Lefty Frizzell and other local celebrities are paid homage to including a famous police horse! This updated space has 3 bedrooms - all with king beds, and 2 full baths. The space This cute home has 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds. One bedroom has it's own en suite full bath. The other bedrooms share full bath in hallway. If you like history in a park-like setting, you'll love this location as it is across the street from Pioneer Village - a historical museum that has several historic buildings on site in a park like setting. Each building has interesting things to see inside from Navarro County's past. It's also the home of the Lefty Frizzel museum - he is from Corsicana. This home has ROKU TV and WiFi for you to stream your own entertainment if you choose to. Full kitchen with coffee makers - single and drip - we provide the coffee, you bring your breakfast. We do accept small dogs upon approval but there is a $100 pet fee per pet per stay. There is a small fenced in yard in back and BBQ grill ready for your cookout! Guest access Parking for 2 cars in front of house. It's steep but most regular size cars will navigate it just fine. Long wheel base vehicles may have a problem in that space but there's plenty of room at the side of the house on 18th street entrance.
