Unplugging from the world can be great for the mind, body and soul, a chance to recharge and relax in peace and quiet. Our little red ranch house is the perfect place to to do just that. Located on a farm where we have horses, goats, sheep and chickens not to mention an abundance of wildlife including bear, wild turkey, deer, bald eagles, bobcat etc.Just bring your essentials, a cooler of food, beverages, and a camera to capture the memories and leave your worries behind. Wild and wonderful WV! This is Glamping! This little red ranch house is furnished with a double bed and dresser, kitchen table 2 chairs, and a couple cabinets there are 2 solar lights, bedding & an outside fire pit.There is also a small shower house with instant hot water. (NOTE- THIS WILL BE CLOSED NOV THRU MARCH) There is a porta potty approx 35 ft from the cabin, there a flashlight in the cabin to guide you to and from. There is no running water or electric in this cabin, no AC, but there is usually a nice breeze under the shade tree. There is a propane wall heater for those chilly nights. Just bring your essentials, a cooler of food and beverages, and a camera to capture the memories and leave your worries behind. There are over 100 acres with miles of trails on CB Ranch to hike or ride and explore. Horses and small dogs are welcome with prior notice, additional fees may apply. The area has many parks and trails for: Fly Fishing, Kayaking, Biking, Hiking, Photography, etc... Attractions include: The Greenbrier River Rails to Trails(77 miles long), Droop Mountain, Beartown Park, Greenbrier State Park, Farmers Market, The West Virginia State Fair, Antique Shopping, Flea Markets, Lost World Cavern, Organ Cave, The West Virginia Renaissance Festival, Historic museums and just beautiful country drives. Downtown Lewisburg is only 10 mins away with fine dining, shopping, Theater, First Friday events and many festivals throughout the year. PETS: Well behaved and house broken pets under 50lbs are welcome ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. There is a onetime pet fee of $20 per pet. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED ON THE PROPERTY OR IN THE CABIN AND MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES OUTSIDE UNLESS IN THE DOG PARK. We do have a private dog park for your pup to get some excercise and your welcome to hike our trails as long as your dog is on a leash. We offer doggy daycare & boarding should you need our services we would be happy to help. We will need proof of UTD vaccines prior( rabies, bordetella, DHLLP). Check out our newest cabin under (Pond View Cabin in wild wonderful WV) Come visit West Virginia "The Wild and Wonderful!!" This is a 100 acre horse farm with miles of trails throughout that guest are allowed to hike thru. If you don't want to hike we offer a tour with our side by side for $10.00 per ride (max 2 people). I will be here on the farm working and can assist or answer any questions as needed. This area is so secluded yet only 4 miles from town to shop, eat, etc... This is not a suitable environment for Children. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
