NATURE YOU MAY SEE: * Bald Eagles, White Tail Deer, Wild Turkeys, Canadian Geese, Wild ducks, and much more. If you are looking for a party house, this is not the rental for you. No pets. No smoking inside the home. Other things to note: We are located at the southern end, right outside the Adirondack State Park. Three ski areas are located about 45 minutes away- McCauley Mountain in Old Forge NY, Snow Ridge Ski Resort in Turin NY, and Woods Valley Ski area in Westernville NY. The nearby cities of Utica and Rome and villages of Old Forge, Herkimer and Boonville, offer many sightseeing and various activities to explore. Guest access The whole cottage, covered back deck and property down by the river is for your use. Other things to note This is not a place to gather for parties, etc. Our cottage is a cozy place to get away from all of the hustle and bustle of life! Very peaceful and beautiful! Just relax and enjoy! Sorry, no pets allowed in our cottage.
