Our 1940 home has been beautifully updated while retaining its original charm with stunning hardwood floors, gorgeous exposed beams, and a remarkable non-working fireplace. Located less than 10 min from both the beach and PBI airport, this home is perfect for a relaxing tropical vacation or a long-term stay. The space Our home is nestled in the historic College Park neighborhood. Built in 1940, it features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own large closet. It is much larger than many other 2/1 homes in the area, with a spacious open living room with beautiful exposed beams and a large Florida room we use as an office. We have central air conditioning and heat. We have 2 distinct work-from-home spaces, each with its own desk, monitor, ergonomic chair, and lighting. Our high-speed WiFi can sustain multiple simultaneous video meetings. The home's full bathroom has a large linen closet with plenty of room for everyone's toiletry bags, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our Florida room has a Peloton stationary bicycle available for use during your stay so you can keep your workouts on track while traveling. Our spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, and a mounted flat screen tv with a Xfinity Flex box so you can stream your favorite shows. The newly-renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook from home, and the backyard is a quiet, private oasis with a beautiful covered patio, comfortable outdoor dining table and sofa and a gas grill — all perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The laundry room has a new full-size washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry during your stay. We also have 4 beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, a small cooler, and a beach umbrella available during your stay! Guest access We offer keyless entry via smart lock. Parking is available in the driveway. Other things to note Our home is the perfect place to work from home as we work from it while we live here in the winters. We've designed two separate workspaces, each with its own desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and high-speed wifi to ensure you can get your work done quickly so you have more time to relax. Because we live here in the winters, the house is fully-stocked with everything needed for longer stays. We love cooking from home, so we have a good set of pots, pans, baking dishes, and all the cooking utensils you could need. We also have a gas grill available for your use outside during your stay.
