Beautiful 3bed/2.5bath house with garden

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom two and half bathroom house in Fulham (Sands End) close to Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, Chelsea, Kings Road and near the river for lovely walks. Private garden with seating area and 3 TVs, WiFi, Sky cable TV, Sonos in dining/sitting room and kitchen area and all the mod cons of luxury living. The space Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in Victorian terraced house in popular Fulham. You come into a stylish double sitting room with comfy sofa/TV/gas fire then down 3 steps you have the enormous kitchen with 5 ring stove and two ovens and a microwave. Large American style fridge freezer with cool filtered water and crushed or cubed ice. The next room is my favourite with lovely sectional sofa, French kitchen antique dining room table and 6 luxurious chairs leading onto the colourful very private garden with a little sectional sofa for al fresco drinks in the evening or relaxing in the sun during the day. Very light and airy and beautifully decorated. Upstairs on first landing you have a bathroom with a bath and stand up shower. Up a few steps a smaller bedroom but the most cosy which has full length mirror, console and bench, I call it my New York room as it's full of my NY photos. Next to that is what I use as the master bedroom with large closet space and a TV with SKY and smart TV options, there are noise reducing special windows as well as it faces the street. Up in the top of the house is a huge bedroom with a juliette balcony and two comfy side chairs and large skylight windows with views over Fulham, down a few stairs is a large bathroom with a bath and lovely slipper chair for a luxurious feel. I have discounted resident parking prices available for heavily discounted pricing for parking outside which includes access to back streets (which non-residents cannot use). Parking is only paid for between 9-5pm and it is free to park on Sundays in the street. I have a portable a/c unit which can fit into either of the rooms with sash windows but not in the upstairs bedroom. Guest access The study room at back will be locked with my personal possessions, otherwise you will have full access to the whole house. Other things to note Very close to the river for walks along the Embankment and close to South Park and Battersea Park and Parsons Green. Great local furniture shops and wonderful restaurants (Sands End Pub a fav of mine - around the corner). Large Sainsbury's very close by for all grocery needs. Imperial Wharf Overground 10min walk away and multiple bus routes nearby on Wandsworth Bridge Road. Please note: No children under the age of 7 please due to light fabric and carpets easily stained :)
