Sun & Fun! 3-bedroom house with private pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Take a short drive to one of our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, or just fire up the grill and hangout by the pool in the warm Florida sun. The space Welcome to our Clearwater home! On one side of the house you will find a private master suite with a king-size bed, TV, full bathroom, and an office space. The other side of the house has two more bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and another full bath. Also inside there are two living areas, each with a TV and plenty of seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Guest access Our space is in a nice quiet family neighborhood. The neighbors are all very friendly and generally keep to themselves. We ask our guests to please be kind and respectful to them by not making too much noise in the evenings, or by driving too fast in the area as there are almost always children playing outside. There are two driveway parking spots available for you to use so we also ask that you avoid parking in the street during your stay. Other things to note *Please note that the pool is not heated. Our heater works fine for the hot tub, but isn't capable of heating the entire pool during the winter months.
