Additional driveway parking for one car. Street parking available if needed. Access: The access code will be sent to you prior to your visit. Linen: All linen, sheets, bath and beach towels, bath mats, tea towels, and hand towels are provided. Consumables: To keep cleaning costs low, we provide a starter supply of: Tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and shampoo 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) Guests are required to purchase additional supplies as needed. We do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. Pool: The property features a beautiful saltwater pool. The pool is not heated but faces the north side, so it heats up quickly in the sun. Out of respect for our neighbours, the pool is only available for use between 8 AM and 9 PM. Jetty: The jetty is also available for use between 8 AM and 9 PM to ensure peace and respect for the surrounding neighbourhood. Laundry: The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and an outdoor clothesline for drying clothes in the sea breezes. We do not provide laundry detergent. Internet: Free NBN internet access is available. The Wi-Fi details will be sent to you upon booking. TV & Entertainment: The TV is set up for streaming services via your own account. Please note, there is no free-to-air television service. Important Notes: This is NOT a party, function, or event space. If you are looking to host an event, please book elsewhere. We value the peace and tranquillity of our property and neighbourhood. STRICTLY NO SMOKING on the premises. A noise monitoring device is in place (located on the back verandah). It does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. If there are complaints from neighbours or reports of loud noise, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the property immediately.
