Cosy Countryside Cottage, in an AONB

Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with sweeping countryside valley views and many walks, this *premium* cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with all home comforts for two adults. Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Get away from London, breathe countryside air, travel to/from the Continent. Dover is only a 30mints. The space This is our spacious outhouse/annexe. It is quirky, minimalist and decorated with attention to detail. The ground floor is spacious, has all mod cons and you retire to upstairs for the bed and the movie lights style dressing area. On a clear night, gaze out at the skies through the 3 windows and see the moon-lit valley. The upstairs area is a loft conversion so you have to mind your head in some areas! The sleeping area is tastefully furnished with a low bed and provides panoramic views from the 3 Velux windows facing out to the valley side. The other 4 Velux windows bring in adequate sunlight to cheer you up! Guest access You have full private access to the Annexe and amenities inside and outside and the assigned part of the garden. Other things to note The guide book inside will provide tips about walking and jogging areas, local food and produce and of course ways to get to the nearest supermarkets (a large Morrison’s is a 7 mins drive) and the famous Canterbury Cathedral. The Simpsons Vineyard is just under 3 miles from the cottage. Dover, Deal and Folkestone are all easily reachable within half an hour! It’s also close to seaside cities like Whitstable and Hern bay!
