The perfect house for a wedding stay, work away or family holiday. Our light filled, open plan living area has outdoor and indoor dining areas, a large lounge room area and two dedicated work spaces tucked away in a central nook. This house is a launchpad to various places in the North Rivers area and beyond: -5mins from Coolangatta/Tweed Heads -10mins from Kingscliff Beach -15mins from Cabarita Beach -20mins to Murwillumbah -30mins to Burleigh Heads -40mins from Byron Bay The space The Bedrooms This house boasts a master bedroom with a generous ensuite bathroom that includes a large bathtub. The other two rooms get plenty of natural light and share their own seperate bathroom and shower. The middle room can be setup as a large dedicated Queen bed guest room or the wall bunk beds can be folded out for comfortable use by adults or children. (Top bunk max weight: 90kg, bottom bunk max weight: 130kg) The Kitchen The Kitchen is well supplied for avid cooks with pots, pans, baking trays, cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, SodaStream, coffee pod machine as well as basic herbs and spices. The Dining Area Both indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat 6 people if you're keen for a breakfast, lunch or dinner at home. The Sideyard We have a fully enclosed side yard with grass and a deck perfect for four-legged guests. Guest access The house is up a battle-axe driveway off the street, away from road noise which lends plenty of privacy. We also have ample parking for 4+ cars, 2 spots undercover.
