Welcome to my comfortable Creative Lakeside Cottage on the South Coast. A perfect blend of country and coastal, this special space allows relaxation and comfort the minute you arrive. We are open to every walk of life, and trust you will feel 'at home'. Kings Point is on the lake in the bush, mins from the beach. It offers an array of relaxing activities; is close to amazing food and coffee, as well offering the more active such as fishing, water skiing, swimming, kayaking and and boating. The space My beautiful cottage has everything you need to relax and renew over summer. Comfortable lounges, lots of sitting areas, and comfortable couches. The Cottage has a fire pit, wonderfully relaxing deck over looking the trees, outdoor dining options, an outdoor shower, vegetable garden you are welcome to pick from, and chickens for eggs. There are two bright, good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and beautiful features and a sofa in the lounge. I can provide a few extra mattresses if needed. Everyone feels instantly at home in my cottage. Its bright and colourful, with lots of quirky additions to bring some style and individuality. It's a nice alternative to the beige chique coastal perfection. Welcome basket on arrival. Kings Point is a quiet neighbourhood that is known for its water sports, on the edge of the gorgeous Burrill Lake. It's across the water from farmland, and the bush, and is the perfect blend of coast, lake and country. Sometimes on a still evening, you can hear the cows and the ocean at the same time! If you are bringing your kids I can provide a basket of toys and books, and move a few things out of the way to leave lots of clear play spaces. I will make sure you have all the best information about day trips, the best beaches, hikes, national parks, awesome coffees, water activities, local markets, and amazing local food. I have 2 beautiful cats that will be arranged to be cared for elsewhere during your stay, but just so you know in case anyone has allergies, that cats live here during the rest of the year. If you would like to feed the chooks you can do so, otherwise I will arrange for someone to come over once a week and make sure they have what they need. Eggs are free! Guest access The whole place is yours!
