Come and relax in a self contained guest suite in our modern house situated in a tranquil village. Private parking, entrance and garden. Working or visiting, this is a perfect, cost effective base, with discounts for longer stays. 10 minutes to the cathedral quarter and Lincolnshire show ground, 30 minutes to the Lincolnshire Wolds and 50 minutes to the coast. There is a basic kitchenette with microwave and fridge, or visit the village pub or other nearby pubs, restaurants and cafes. The space The suite consists of a large bedroom incorporating a king size bed, seating area and desk. There is a double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Kitchen facilities consisting of a fridge, microwave,kettle and toaster are hidden away in a cupboard. A pleasant ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk in shower is off the kitchen cupboard area. There is a large double wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and a shoe tidy. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hair straighteners are all provided. Outside is a small, private patio with seating. Guest access There is parking for two cars adjacent to the access to the suite. Guests have sole access along the side of the house and around to their own door leading into the suite.
