ON the Salmon River! - Unit A - Room 2

Renting out a roomin in my home ON the Salmon River. The room has a full and twin sized bunk bed, a TV, computer desk and dresser in it. The kitchen, living room, laundry room, and bathroom may or may not be shared with other guests depending on vacancy (I personally do not stay there). The property has 80' of private river frontage on the salmon river between Lake Ontario and the Douglaston salmon run, with a 30' wide dock you can fish from between April 15th - December 1st. The space I will start out with what makes this property extremely unique and sought after.... The Dock. The backyard has a large floating dock that can accommodate 6-7 fisherman, and 3 boats. The salmon and steelhead jump right along the edge of it during the runs. The dock is in the water from May 1st - November 15th. The living room has a 70" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon video, and Discovery channel on it. It is equipped with an extremely comfortable deep sofa and gigantic beanbag chair that can seat 2. I also have a dual rowing exercise machine that can work every muscle in your body depending on whether you are pushing or pulling. There is also the infamous "Big Black Box" which contains gaming card decks and drinking games, an original Wii, Xbox 360 with about 30 games downloaded onto it, and an original Modified Xbox that has pretty much every emulator and video game known to man downloaded onto it from 1977 - 2005. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kitchen aide with all the attachments you could hope for, girdle, microwave, oven, stove, and 140 spices..... FULLY LOADED. I am a food enthusiast and the kitchen will speak for itself. The bedroom has a full/twin sized bunk bed combo, a TV with Netflix, Amazon video, and Discovery, a dresser, computer desk, and a dice board with dice and playing cards. The bathroom has a built in soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser, all the towels you could possibly need, a hair dryer, a medicine cabinet with first-aid and common items. For winter bookings: ::12/01 - 03/15 If guests book during the winter and it snows - I have someone that plows the driveway, but the guests will be responsible for shoveling the walk way.
