The 3rd floor loft is a studio & has nearly 1,000 sq. ft. of livable space that overlooks the Ohio River. You have the entire floor to yourself to stay while traveling for work or a place to crash after one of the multiple local events that take place in Boneyfiddle. *Please note: must be able to climb several stairs to access* The space This is an open concept, 1 bedroom loft. There are 43 stairs to reach the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Please consider the stair climb prior to booking. Guest access Street parking is available. Please do not park behind building, as it is owned by the neighbors. Other things to note Please do not ask about apartment rentals. The space is available for Airbnb only. There is a 40% discount for monthly rentals. Pricing is available on the app.
