There are 2 bedrooms on 1 floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, living area and open space kitchen is on also ground floor. Bedrooms: - Ensuite washrooms in all of the rooms - All three rooms have king size bed and - Wardrobes - Attached balcony (with 2 rooms) - Proper folding Single bed Available with additional charge with proper mattress and linen like hotels Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in the villa. - All bathrooms with top class fittings, toiletries, hot water availability etc. Other things to note: Please reach out to me for better understanding to avoid any confusion. RO, microwave, refrigerator and basic crockery will be available. we don't serve complimentary breakfast. This price doesn't include any meals/ Breakfast. -We don't allow cooking inside as it's an open kitchen and a boutique house. We recommend guests to order from nearby restaurants (multiple options). You can order in one time, caretaker can bring the food. Noise is not allowed at all in the open premises. Swimming costume is compulsory. In case the rules are not followed ,the security deposit will be deducted and guest has to handle the police called by villagers due to noise. Noise is not tolerable anytime after 8 pm -Cleaning is provided only one time in a day .If you wish to purchase anything from market nearby : You can decide once and caretaker will get in one time only . - Its a brand new villa, Also this is a developing estate, you can experience construction sometimes. But construction is totally out of our hands. We try our best to give delightful experience to our guests. -Please note : Any kind of smoking ( including hukka) is strictly not allowed at the premises. Smokers may smoke in the balcony using ashtray only. Smoking inside the home is strictly not acceptable.:) ACTIVITIES - Guests can request for Bonfire(1000) on extra chargeable basis. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The caretaker stays in the premises near to the property. - Pool is not heated pool. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. Since it's luxury villa with wooden and modern interiors, please be very careful, as spilling something or ashes from cigarette may damage it. On Violation of this rule Guests are liable to pay the fine Amount of 5000 INR. Kindly make sure the cigarette buds are disposed off and not thrown around in an around the Villa. - The place is hardly 800 meters from main Highway. My caretaker can guide you for location. It is 10km from kasauli mall road.
