The Cozy Quilt House Private Room Experience

Enjoy the edge of city-life with this quilt-themed private room experience in this perfectly located home. The home sits less than a five minute walk to Boise's premiere Esther Simplot Park containing acres of ponds, walking trails, the Green Belt, and the local favorite Boise Whitewater Park. It's only a mile from downtown and less than a two minute drive to the I-84 connector allowing for speedy access to anywhere in the Treasure Valley. The space This private room and bathroom have been newly renovated with high-quality materials and furniture. The neighborhood is a well-established area known for its many attractions. This property is intended for short term stays, but can accommodate longer stays due to full kitchen access. You will have private use of the bedroom and full bathroom that can be locked off from the rest of the home. Kitchen has coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and other cooking appliances available to guests. There are three total security cameras outside. The front door has a video doorbell as well as a second security camera. The third camera is at the back of the property, facing the alley behind the house. A cot is available to guests for an extra charge. The space is perfect for parents of students, and extended visits to our city, or a comfortable place to stay on your way through. Guest access You have access to the private suite, the kitchen, living room and the patio. There is street parking out front, but may not be available directly in front of the property. If needed, we can accommodate private parking behind the home. During your stay We live at the property, so we will be mostly available. We are happy to socialize, but will also respect personal space! If you see/hear us, come talk to us! Or, you can message us with any questions or concerns. Just as a heads up, we do have a cat but she typically stays away from others. She is not used to other animals, so please don’t bring your pets. Let us know if you're slightly allergic and we will keep her upstairs. There's a good chance you won't even know she's here. Other things to note We have filtered water through the refrigerator, so please feel free to fill up your own bottles, or use the cups in the cupboards to stay hydrated! The bedroom has a desk that is perfect for a work space. There is a power strip on the side of the desk with several outlets as well as two USB ports. We have lots of board games! Please feel free to play anything in the cabinet under the living room TV. We also love to play, so if you're up for playing with us, let us know! *WINTER CAUTION* it can get icy here. We shovel and salt the walkway frequently, but PLEASE use caution. The weather here can change rapidly. There is Ice Melt by the front door should you need to use it.
