Well suited for two couples, a small family or a close friends getaway. Immaculately presented and Impeccably styled throughout, upstairs features a well equipped main kitchen, one large King bedroom with private balcony. One neat bathroom, a spacious open plan living complete with Reverse cycle opens onto an expansive, sun drenched north facing deck giving you the feeling of being perched high up in the palms. The deck is private and boasts a lovely outdoor setting big enough to seat all your guests and a perfect lounging area including sun chairs and a shade umbrella. Downstairs features two bedrooms. One king and one Queen(Can be accommodated with a single bed instead), Gorgeous Kitchenette and a beautiful second bathroom and Laundry. Downstairs is tiled throughout boasting a second lounge area featuring smart TV. Penny Rose is only a stones throw to both Mollymook and Narrawallee beach including the Iconic Bannisters Pavilion (50 metres down the hill) and Bannisters by the sea including the new trendy and delicious Gwylo restaurant. Everything you need is in walking distance including our local IGA, pharmacy/newsagent, coffee at goodtimes, Pilates at Sweet As, Bannisters coffee cart, bakery and a BWS bottle shop. We are just a short drive to the hub of Milton featuring more great cafes/restaurants and gorgeous boutiques. The best of the local surf breaks are all close by. Guest access Guests have the house to yourself including full use of the immaculate, lux coastal/Mediterranean gardens in the front and the back. The front yard surrounded by palms and cactuses features a beautiful and private fire pit area. The backyard features an incredible Japanese Maple tree decked out with a swing and monkey bars for the kids. A veggie patch full of goodness (pls help yourself whilst you’re here) and cubby for the kids to enjoy while you relax. Parking is available in the Driveway or on the street. Our garage is not available to park in. Other things to note Our garden is unfenced. Please be mindful with children.
