The lake and dock are in the front of the property and just a few steps away from Pirate's Cove. Beautiful 140 sq ft lighted, covered deck attached to Pirate’s Cove with electric heater, seating, propane fire pit table, vintage glass top table, and outdoor rug. Outdoor buffet island and tabletop grill. Pirate's Cove has vintage bead board walls and ceiling. The vintage bead board, plank floors and soft rugs make you feel like you are in a captain's cabin on a ship. Custom designed kitchenette with granite countertop and custom sink with a cutting board cover to provide additional counter space when sink is not in use. Kitchenette includes microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle & toaster. No oven or stove so great excuse to enjoy local restaurants! Queen size bed, black-out blinds and a seating area to relax and read or watch TV on 34” smart TV. Oversized double chair accommodates 2 people comfortably and pulls out into a memory foam twin bed for guests that would prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Private full bath with 2 person walk-in shower and rain shower head. We are not by any public transportation so guests will need a car. The neighborhood is beautiful, woodsy and easy to walk around. We have free parking on the property. While we do live full time on the property, the backyard, where Pirate’s Cove is located, and attached deck are private for our guests to enjoy. Our front yard, deck, dock and lake access are shared spaces. Woodsy neighborhood. Recommend folks have a car to get around. We have room for 2 guest cars in our driveway.
