The best of both worlds; away from hustle and bustle but close enough to go there on a whim. Each cottage comes with high-speed internet, Smart TV's, work-from-home spaces, and more. We've taken great care to furnish the cottages with luxury furnishings and art all sourced from Texas brands and small makers. We look forward to hosting you! The space All three cottages are fully self contained with separate entrances and facilities, but share an outdoor area with a tiled courtyard with a grill and dining furniture and grassy area with trees. Each cottage is rented separately. This unique location provide all the charm of the country whist still being a stone's throw from restaurants, bars and shops. We often have deer grazing in the front and back yards, have fireflies in the evenings in the warmer months, frogs singing in the garden, hummingbirds and all sorts of country creatures and critters. We are right at the gateway to Hill Country and on the doorstep of many beautiful vineyards and wineries. The famous Nutty Brown Amphitheater is just around the corner, many incredible Texas BBQ joints and eateries, and Heritage Oaks is just across from the Belterra Shopping Centre, so everything you need is right at your fingertips! Guest access Guests have access to a beautiful paved courtyard and a grassy area with trees. Table and chairs and grill are available for outdoor dining. This outdoor space is shared by the three cottages. All shared outdoor areas are covered by security cameras for guest safety. Other things to note We are on a septic tank system so our plumbing is delicate. This is very important as the wrong thing flushed could result in the pump for all three cottages breaking down.
