The apartment is located in hip Dufferin Grove and is steps from the subway. An ideal place to explore the city and everything this great neighbourhood has to offer! Comfortably sleeps four adults. The space Welcome to a bright and spacious apartment in a neighbourhood that is safe, fun (countless shops, restaurants and parks) and convenient (Dufferin subway station is only a short walk away). The apartment also has its own private patio with seating. The apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two generous sized bedrooms each with their own office space and TV. There is also an office/large closet/extra space for a baby connected directly to one of the bedrooms. A brand new couch in the living room easily converts into a double sized bed, which means that the apartment comfortably sleeps six adults. All TV's are smart with Netflix provided, The location of the apartment makes it ideal for exploring and enjoying everything the city has to offer (including a year round farmer's market every Thursday that's just down the street!) In addition to it's great location, the apartment is also a perfect place to relax, watch movies, listen to some tunes, make a gourmet meal with family or friends and even play some board games! In addition to the essentials (clean sheets, towels, shampoo/soap and basic cooking items) I will also provide the following items (which I believe to be essential to any good stay): Keurig coffee and tea High speed internet Netflix The apartment is ideally located for families, as one of the biggest parks in the city is only a few minutes walk away (Dufferin Grove Park). This park has playgrounds, community events and a year round farmer's market (every Thursday from 3-7 pm). Groceries and a shopping mall are also within walking distance. Finally, if you would like to reserve a Pack 'n Play for your stay, please let me know in advance, as I will need to arrange to have it set up and prepared upon your arrival!
